A new twist in the investigation of the late actor Sushant Singh has come up, his father KK Singh has launched a complaint against the actor Rhea Chakraborty and six other unnamed people at the Rajiv Nagar the police station in Patna.

The actor's father has made serious charges against Rhea and her family saying that she handled Sushant's bank accounts and has reportedly withdrawn crores of rupees from his account.

The 7 page FIR has been launched under the Indian Penal Code Sections of Section 341 (Punishment for wrongful restraint), Section 342 (Punishment for wrongful confinement), Section 380 (Theft in dwelling house), Section 406 (Punishment for criminal breach of trust), Section 420 (Cheating and dishonestly inducing delivery of property) and Section 306 (Abetment of suicide).

1. Adding to the series of complaints against Rhea, Sushant's father also said that as soon as Rhea saw Sushant's bank balance going to nil, she left him taking all the cash, laptop, credit cards, jewelry and all valuables that belonged to him.

2. Rhea had kept Sushant away from his family by her emotional tantrums.

3. In his FIR, he stated that Sushant wanted to quit Bollywood and move to Coorg to do organic farming but Rhea Chakraborty did not let him do so.

4. He in the FIR also mentioned that before committing suicide Sushant had contacted his sister and told her about the threat that he got from Rhea. Sushant told her sister that Rhea blackmailed him of showing the doctor's receipts to the media which will prove that the late actor had mental health issues.

Alongside the late actor's father, his sister Shweta has also taken to social media and shared a picture of the actor with the caption "If truth doesn't matter, nothing ever will! #justiceforsushantsinghrajput."

The Mumbai police have begun the investigation from their side and have started to look into Rhea's finances. But the initial reports registered with the police shows that she was not named in any of them.

In the latest update, a Special Investigation Team has been sent to Mumbai by the Bihar Police to look into the investigation. The police officials from Patna are also looking into the statements recorded by the Mumbai Police made by 38 other people belonging to the Bollywood industry, including Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Aditya Chopra, and Mahesh Bhatt.
