The working on the new lunar mission will constitute of high-level multiple committees (headed by S Somanath, Director of Thiruvanathapuram-based Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre) and three sub-committees who will also be preparing the reports of all the operations related to Chandrayaan 3.

The new moon mission in November 2020 will include only a lander and rover, as the Chandrayaan-2 orbiter is working well in its orbit.

ISRO Chief, K Sivan said:

"Let me assure that ISRO will pull all its experience, knowledge and technical prowess to set things right and demonstrate soft landing in near the future. On the technology part, yes, we could not achieve a soft landing, but all the systems functioned until 300 meters from the moon's surface. Very valuable data is available to set things right."

The scientists are working on various aspects of the landing of the rover, including, landing site selection, model structure of the rover, strengthening the legs of the rover, local navigation, etc.
ISRO with its determination and hard work has made Indias name popular and powerful globally, no doubt we are waiting to see another proud moment sometime soon.

We are proud of you ISRO. We know we will make the attempt successful completely this time. Chandrayaan 3, you go buddy!
