Ginni Chatrath Family:

Bhavneet Chatrath is popularly known as Ginni Chatrath. She was born on 18th November 1989 in Jalandhar, India. Born into a Sikh middle-class family, her father runs a business in Jalandhar and her mother is a homemaker. Ginni also has a younger sister, Harleen Chatrath.

She completed her schooling at MGN Public School, Jalandhar, and then did her graduation from Guru Nanak Dev University College, Jalandhar. After completing her graduation, she went to do her Master of Business Administration in Finance from DAV Institute of Engineering and Technology, Jalandhar.

The cute looking lady since childhood always wanted to be an actress. So, in the year 2009, she took part in a comedy reality show called "Hans Baliye". After the show finished, she came into the spotlight and she started getting a lot of offers from the Punjabi Film Industry, but she never accepted any offer as she wanted to stay away from the spotlight and started working with her father and helping out in their family business.

Ginni Chatrath and Kapil Sharma Love Story:

She is married to the famous comedian Kapil Sharma. The way they met and fell in love is no less than any fairy tale. Both of them first met each other while Kapil Sharma was conducting an audition for a play that he was directing in her college HMV College in the year 2005. Ginni was only 19 years old when she met Kapil Sharma and he was 24 years old.

When Kapil saw her audition, he was so impressed with her audition that he gave her the role. Once the rehearsals started for the play, she started bringing over food for him, Kapil thought she used to do that because he had chosen her for the play but little did he know that she had already started liking him. One day when Kapil went up to her and directly asked her if she liked him, she denied it. But later during a youth festival, he introduced her to his mother as a fellow student.

For quite some time they stayed as a friend, by then Kapil had been on television for some time and Ginni was very impressed with him, after which they started dating. After dating for some time, Kapil then in 2013 proposed to her for marriage but Ginni's father rejected him. But even after rejecting the proposal Kapil called Ginni and told her, he wanted to get married to her, and to their luck everything ended up in their favor and both the love birds got married on 12th December 2018 in Jalandhar. Both of them now have a sweet loving family with a daughter who was born on 10th December 2019 (daughter's name is Anayra Sharma) and a son who was born on 1st February 2021.

1. She along with acting loves to read books, "A message from God: A 12-Year-Old Boy's Experience in Heaven" by Aldo McPherson and Retha McPherson is her favorite book.

2. She believes in Baba Laddi Shah and Dera Baba Murad Shah.

3. Shahrukh Khan and Madhuri Dixit is her favorite actor and actress.
