Every tea lover would be, "Humne Chai se aiyaashi Nahi Mohabbat ki hai" (We don't have a lust for Tea but it's pure love)! Normally we all love our Masala Kadai Chai, Adrak Chai (Ginger Tea), Elaichi chai, for losing those belly fats we prefer Green tea, Blue Tea, etc.
Teas have been around for centuries with us and for many of us, Tea is the every solution to our problems (metaphorically)! So, why not try drinking some teas which can be actually useful for our healthy body as well as mind!!
For Weight loss, Menstrual pain relief.
a. Take 1 cup of water in a pan and bring it to boil.
b. Add 1 cup of milk and 1 teaspoon of tea to it and boil on the medium flame for 4-5 mins.
c. Also, add 1 teaspoon of Alsi seed powder to it.
d. Enjoy the refreshing tea with the goodness of Alsi.
Alsi is a bundle of fiber, carbohydrates, protein, and minerals.

a. Take 1/4-1/2 a teaspoon of Ashwagandha root powder and boil it in 2 cups of water.
b. Add a pinch of ginger. Boil till it reduces to half.

a. In 1 cup of water take 1-1/4 teaspoon of coarse dried amla powder and a pinch of some freshly crushed ginger.
b. Add the amla powder and ginger to the water in a vessel and put it on a medium flame.
c. Let the concoction simmer for some time and take it off the heat once it comes to a boil and the water in it has reduced to one cup.
d. Strain the drink into another vessel to filter out the sediments of amla and ginger and let it cool down a bit.
-Since amla is bitter in taste, you can add a little amount of honey just for taste.
-Amla is a rich source of Vitamin C which is extremely useful for the body to manage various diseases.

a. Take 1-3 gram of Arjuna tea.
b. Boil in 1 cup water and 1 cup milk till the volume is reduced to 1/2 cup.
c. Drink once or twice a day in the morning and evening.

a. Take a few dried flowers of Chamomile in a bowl or kettle. Pour boiling water over it.
b. Keep it for 5 minutes.
c. Strain the water in a cup using a strainer.

Drink this Chamomile Tea once or twice a day.

c. Strain and squeeze 1/2 lemon to it.
d. Drink this twice a day to reduce stress and for weight loss.
-Cinnamon tea has a calming effect on the body.
-Drinking Cinnamon tea daily may help control sugar levels after meals,assists in circulation and supports digestion.
-Cinnamon tea is one of the best ways of taking Cinnamon in day to day life.
1. Take 1-2 teaspoons of Fenugreek seeds.
2. Boil it in 1 cup of water for 10 minutes.
3. Strain to separate the seeds from the water.
4. Drink this Fenugreek tea 1-2 times a day.
5. Continue this for 1-2 months for best results.
For Gastric issues.
a. Put 1 cup of water in a pan and add 1 teaspoon of Fennel powder.
b. Now add some crushed ginger to it.
c. Boil on a medium flame for 5-7 mins.
d. Strain and drink to manage intestinal gas.
-Fennel tea helps in improving appetite and provides relief from indigestion.
-It also helps in reducing the risk of asthma, cough, and bronchitis.
-Fennel tea soaked in cotton is also used to reduce eye inflammation.
For Menstrual pain.
a. Boil 200-250ml water in a teapot.
b. Add a few lavender flowers to it.
c. Let the flowers steep in the water for about 5 minutes. You can steep them longer (as per your requirement).
d. Remove the flowers from the tea by filtering or straining the liquid into a cup.
e. You can enjoy lavender tea during bedtime or whenever you need it.
For Weight loss, Cough, Diabetes, High cholesterol, and gas.
a. Take 1 cup of boiled water
b. Put 1 tea bag of lemongrass
c. Allow brewing to 2-3 minutes
d. Add a natural sweetener like honey
e. Have it once or twice a day.
For Inflammation, ulcers, diabetes, constipation, and depression.
a. Put 2 cups of water in a pan.
b. Add roughly crushed 2 raw Licorice roots and ginger to it.
c. Also, add 1/2 teaspoon tea leaves.
d. Let the mixture boil on a medium flame for 5-6 minutes.
e. Strain with the help of a fine strainer.
f. Drink this every morning to reduce problems associated with the upper respiratory tract, digestive and intestinal infections.
For Weight loss.
a. Boil 1 cup of water in a pan.
b. Pour the hot water into a cup having tea leaves.
c. Leave to steep for 10 minutes.
d. Crush fresh Pudina leaves and adds them to the cup.
e. Add 3-4 drops of lemon.
For Improving memory and Weight loss.
a. Take 3-5 gm of dried or fresh Rosemary leaves.
b. Add 1-2 cup of water to it.
c. Boil it for 5-10 minutes so as to prepare Rosemary tea.
Strain the leaves and have it twice a day or as directed by a physician.
d. Consume on a regular basis to help improve memory.
You can add stevia as a natural sweetener if required.
For Insomnia, Calming mind, digestion, and Male infertility.
a. Put 1.5 cups of water in a pan.
b. Add 1/2 teaspoon of tea and bring it to boil for 5 minutes.
c. Strain and add 2 pinch of Shilajit powder.
d. Mix well and drink Shilajit tea in the morning.
Some ingredients might have a bitter taste, so you can use either honey or stevia, both are natural sweeteners. Diabetic people can have stevia too.
